The company

Our company and its members are in the branch of mobile phones and accessories since the end of the 90s, acting at the beginning as an agent and small wholesaler for customers located in the centre of Italy. In the following years we accomplished to work with a larger scale of customers and suppliers, first on national basis, then on international.

Nowadays Bauer s.r.l. acts like a back to back wholesaler or as a brokering agent between EU suppliers and italian or EU customers, focusing on mobile phones and accessories, consoles and household appliances.

Our distinctive features are a wide experience in the reference context, with strong connections in the market supply chain, fast decision process and proactivity in handling every day operations and transactions.

Simplicity

Our first strong point is to eliminate the difficulties of connection and exchange between suppliers and customers, making the process as simple as possible on the market.

Cost reduction

We enable cost reduction by providing access to a larger market thus diminishing the need for additional staff.

Our current Chief Executive Officer is Dr. Christian Sinisgallo, a graduate in Economics and Commerce from the University of Florence.

His work experience began in the mid-1990s in the branch of wholesale and brokering of mobile phones accessories, both original and aftermarket.

In partnership with other people, he initially takes care of the administrative part, then, moving over the years, also to the purchasing side and to the management of sales networks and related policies.
The reference territory for customers is concentrated in central Italy.

Since the mid-2000s, his main activity has increasingly focused on finished products, in particular cellular phones, until it has become his main business.
The interest and the need for the administrative aspects diminishes and the tendency for the purely commercial aspects consolidates.
The operational area of the company, from this moment until today, develops on a national level.

Since the mid-2010s, after several experiences in various companies in the sector, he has embarked on an entrepreneurial path himself, focusing on intermediation and import-export of mobile phones, related audio products, game consoles and household appliances, taking maximum care of the selection of the best suppliers in the European area.
